What's the protocol if my flight or ferry is delayed?

Don’t worry, our driver will wait for you at the scheduled time, no extra fees will be charged for delays caused by late flights or ferries.

How long will the driver wait while we clear customs?

Our driver will patiently wait for an extended period. If you encounter luggage issues, contact us immediately using the number on your confirmation letter.

What should I do if I can't locate the driver?

Your confirmation email has all necessary details including an emergency contact number. Call this number to get in touch with your driver.

What does a private transfer entail?

A private transfer is a personalized car service where a driver takes only your group to and from your destination without additional passengers.

Are there any stops during the transfer?

Private transfers are direct with no stops along the way.

What's the luggage limit for a Minivan?

You can bring up to 8 large suitcases.

What's the luggage limit for a Minibus?

You can bring up to 12 large suitcases.

Are baby seats provided?

Yes, infant car seats can be requested at an additional charge of 2 euros per seat when booking.

Why do you need my passport or ID information?

Greek law requires private transport carriers to have the lead passenger’s full name and passport or ID number.

Can I amend or cancel my booking?

To change or cancel, email us at least 48 hours before your pick-up time.

Is cancellation free?

Cancel 48 hours before pick-up for a full refund. Later cancellations aren’t eligible for a full refund and may not receive any compensation.

What if I decide not to use the services?

Without cancellation through our site, no refund will be provided.

Cancelling a return leg, providing wrong pick-up information, or being late for pick-up by more than 15 minutes may forfeit your refund and incur additional charges. For late flights or ferries, the driver will wait without extra charges.
